I strive to lead by example, not afraid to get my hands dirty while also not taking myself too seriously. For the last 13 years, I have been working in design and marketing. During that time, my experience has ranged from running my own design company, where I helped to create and nurture brands for startups to restaurants and city governments, to running the creative brand team for a travel app with over 15 million users.
My multidisciplinary background of business, marketing, and design allow me to be a leader that bridges the gap between the creative team and the needs of a business. I strive to help my teams I work with to understand and connect with a company’s objectives while also being an advocate for them, ensuring that their time is not taken advantage of. I encourage my teams to practice patience and empathy and to view all members of the company as part of a larger team who are all working towards the same goal.
While I am not working, I like to spend my free time with my wife and 6-year-old daughter, Emma, going to the park with our dog Molly, practice Taekwondo or relax with a good book.
